Bear Carwyn

The teddy bear was introduced as a symbol of comfort at the April 23,1995, memorial service, when First Lady Kathy Keating organizer of the service distributed teddy bears given by Illinois First Lady Brenda Edgar to the families of those killed and missing. Even today, teddy bears are left behind as a symbol of comfort.
